The AI Decision-Making Engine.
Visual detections, sensor telemetry, and contextual operating rules are fused into a single, continuously updated Risk Index rather than a set of disconnected alarms.
A single, continuous risk score
Instead of reacting to isolated triggers, the decision engine fuses every available input — PPE detection results, gas and temperature readings, vibration and current data, and operational context — into one Risk Index that is recalculated continuously as conditions change.
Proportional, staged responses
As the Risk Index climbs, the platform escalates its response in stages — from quiet event logging and a visual warning, to local alerts and dashboard notifications, up to an automated shutdown paired with emergency notifications for the most severe conditions. Each stage's threshold is configurable and calibrated to the specific facility's real-world operating conditions.
Why this matters
A single fused score avoids both nuisance alarms from any one sensor and the risk of a dangerous condition going unnoticed because no individual reading crossed its own threshold. The response scales with the actual severity of the situation.
