Level 4 — Monitoring

The Operational Dashboard.

A dedicated monitoring node handles visualization, logging, and alerting — kept entirely separate from the AI processing unit so inference performance is never affected.

Live Risk Index Event Logging Local & Remote Access Dual-Channel Alerts

A dedicated monitoring layer

All dashboard and alerting responsibilities run on a separate monitoring node, offloaded entirely from the AI processing unit. This keeps the AI layer dedicated to real-time inference while the monitoring node handles telemetry visualization, live Risk Index display, and historical event logging in its own database.

Accessible where it's needed

The dashboard is available locally through a dedicated floor-level display for on-site operators, and remotely through networked tablets on the same local network — with no dependency on external internet access.

Emergency notifications

When the Risk Index reaches its critical threshold, the monitoring node dispatches dual-channel emergency notifications: an email alert to designated safety personnel, and simultaneously an SMS alert and an automated voice call over the cellular network. The cellular channel ensures alerts still reach responsible personnel even if the local network is degraded or unavailable.
